CITC Provisioning Errors? Read This!

If you are having trouble provisioning your workbench, please try these troubleshooting steps first:
  • Be patient! The blank slate takes between 15-30 minutes to provision, and the other demos take 45-60 minutes, depending on server load.
  • Did you get a "provisioning failed" email? Try the Rebuild button: sometimes the servers we depend on have outages, causing failures. This works in the majority of cases.
If you are still having trouble after trying these steps, contact citc-support@cumulusnetworks.com and send them the URL of your simulation (this is the page you are sent to after choosing a demo type). Do not post this URL on the forums, since it will allow anyone to access your simulation!

Hello,

Is there a workaround when it doesn't even try to create the workbench ?

When I click on "Get Started" and then on "Blank State" (or any other option actually), I get a :

"Sorry!

Sorry, your personalized web-scale cloud environment could not be created at this time.
Please try again in a few minutes, or drop us a mail at citc-support@cumulusnetworks.com. to report the issue."

Is there a maintenance or something ?
