Access Port VLAN with Trunked Uplink

We have some (mellanox) edgecore 2410 switches with cumulus Linux installed.

We have a bond (lacp) from the external network, presenting 4 vlans to the switch to 2x1gb ports.

We can connect wireshark to one of the 2 bonded ports on the 2410 switches to witness that the required vlans are presented.

In some guides, there are references to files in sysctl.d and proc that refer to files around vlans, none of these specific files exist (I don't know if this is relevant).

We've followed the various notes around vlan tagging of access ports, as yet we're unsuccessful in making it work, is there anything obvious we're missing?

I've attached the interfaces file.

cat /etc/network/interfaces
