Docs scrolling animation

I really like the layout of the new docs but one thing that is bothering me is the scrolling animation, e.g. https://docs.cumulusnetworks.com/cumulus-linux/Network-Virtualization/Virtualization-Integrations/Integrating-Hardware-VTEPs-with-VMware-NSX-MH/#define-logical-switch-ports.
To me it seems like a waste of time and I don't think anyone that is visiting these docs need flashy web animations.
I would like to see it removed, just my two cents!

Thanks for the feedback, @Umkqwdq. This is a Chrome thing. On a Mac Safari and Firefox take you directly to the anchor. I'll see if there's anything we can do about it.
Thanks for the reply @Pete B. I've made a pull request to remove the smooth scrolling behavior.
For now I'll run the docs locally so I've no smooth scrolling.
